Deleting the account or application without accessing the account

When I’m trying to configure the node device on The things network getting this as pop up: an end device with JoinEUI XYZ and DevEUI XYZ is already registered as eui-XYZ in application nanosniff-app

And Now I don’t remember the Email and pass. I have tried all the id, that I can. How can I delete application without login? I have tried getting pass reset link after email login, but pop up show up as invalid id.

There would be a very good reason for not allowing people to delete an account they don’t have access to. I doubt there is a single system anywhere that would have such a thing.
