I have a question regarding Lora availability in countries. I am looking specifically at Sudan/South Sudan. I see the [list here](https://www.thethingsnetwork.org/docs/lorawan/frequencies-by-country/) around frequencies: a few countries, such as Sudan, are listed but blank. Any chance of devices working out there?
