I have a RAK7268V2 gateway configured as a basic station and connected to TTN. The TTN gateway frequency plan is configured as AS923-925. However I can see my end device transmitting on those frequencies but this is not being picked up by the RAK gateway. I believe in speaking to RAK support that the RAK gateway gets its freq plan from the TTN.
My question is am I using the correct frequency for Thailand and if so can anybody give some pointers as to why transmitted frames from the end device are not being received?
Both the gw and the (unnamed/unknown) end device (node) need to be on the same freq plan……are they? If using OTAA then reasonable automatic, if using ABP be sure to add all the frq used by node so TTN LNS knows what is set….
Yes, the gateway and device are configured using the same frequency plan (as923-925). What I have seen is that if my device sends data on frequencies 924.6 or 924.8 then tthese are not seen.
I have set my device to not use these two frequencies and it has been running for about 24 hours without any issues.
I am not sure why thes etwo frequencies have an issue on TTN as these are valid. Any thoughts?
