Hello. Anyone else having issues with “not connected” gateways (ours are multitechs) on their consoles? Data is coming through as normal from our devices.
I have the same problem, I have a TTIG.
Seems to be a common unresolved problem when reading the forum. But could not yet find a solution.
Go to slack #ops channel and shout out. Use search on how to join slack if you’re not using the ttn slack channels yet.

I seem to be having similar issues as well with a new gateway. If you find you had to do something on your end, please report back!
Confirm. MultiTech with “Jac-Forwarder”. Reliable packet forwarding, but according to console offline since 8h
Mine magically started working without me doing anything, so I am guessing that they got the snafu fixed on their end.
