I am recently having problems trying to connect the LoRa MOTE (RN2903) to The Things Industries (TTI) using OTAA connection and would like to ask for advice regarding this matter.
Currently residing in the Philippines and having previous experience on V2 of The Things Network (TTN), we had no issues using the US-West connection (902 MHz - 928 MHz) of V2 before and was able to connect to the TTN before. A month ago, I had a great connection to the TTN V3 and was able to connect using OTAA and send uplink and downlink with no issues. As part of a project, we migrated to TTI and are currently using the NAM1 cluster. Following the previous settings we used in the previous month, we were able to connect once to the TTI and was able to send one uplink but was not able to do it again after.
Recently I find it hard to connect despite using the same method as I had on the TTN V3 before creating new End Devices on the TTI. There are no problems with the gateway since it gets recognised and seen as Connected on the web page. I also changed the server ip of the gateway by making use of “(TenantID).nam1.cloud.thethings.industries” and then used the site “Find IP Address Of Your Website, Server or Domain: Site24x7 Tools”. The End Device on the other hand results in errors like getting accepted on the activity log of the application / end device on the TTI while it gets denied on the LoRa MOTE device side. There are also cases wherein it gets shown as no_free_ch.
Shown below are the current settings being used for reference:
Any advice is greatly appreciated and I’m sorry as this is the first post I’ve done.
