Connecting the ELG LoRa Gateway from Elsys was done in a few minutes. Configure the LoRa Packethandler acoording to the TNN settings, thats it. The next step was to connect an ERS sensor - this also was done in minutes. Next step was a first dashboard using Cayenne. All over all less than a hour to be online. Great - Congrats to TTN

I was able to set up the ELG GW but no luck with the ERS. It says “Never seen”. How can I verify it’s working.
What settings for the ELG and ERS are you using?
We did use both methodes to activate the ERS sensors (OTAA and ABP), both did work in the first step
Do you see the ERS in the Gateway traffic view on the TTN console
I see traffic but not the ERS.
Did you configure the ERS using the Android app
