CLI device commands clarification - pending, current, desired etc

Whilst @benolayinka is updating the documentation, in the mean while can we have an @htdvisser bullet point special to clarify the different states, for instance, for set device we have:

–mac-settings.desired-rx1-delay
–mac-settings.rx1-delay
–mac-state.current-parameters.rx1-delay
–mac-state.desired-parameters.rx1-delay

and for get we can add:

–pending-mac-state.current-parameters.rx1-delay
–pending-mac-state.desired-parameters.rx1-delay

I can make a stab at your intent, but as peeps are starting to use TTS for realz now, I’d rather stop hacking and be more precision missile.
