I have some sensors which was binded with another user before, that user now left the company but he didn’t remove the sensors from his account and I cannot connect it to our account now.
how we can claim it back ?
Use the #support channel on TT Slack to ask for help as none of the volunteers here on the Forum have access to account details of the databases and TTi users only visit infrequently

If possible program a new AppEUI and AppKEY. Ten you can add them to your account. And I would suggest setting up an organization where you add coworkers to prevent this happening again.
