In our haste to set up a site we misspelled our gateway organization name. Is there a way to correct this other than making a new one and transferring the gateway ownership?
Which field where (community network, private instance, private install) did you misspell? A screenshot would be helpful. Please be specific, you know what you are looking at, we have to guess…
The username and owner
mountain is misspelled.
AFAIK, that’s picked up from the First Name field on the Profile.
At worst, even if you can’t change it now, the problem will go away in a few months time when v2 is discontinued.
Create a new account with the right username (will require a separate e-mail address), log into this account and make the new account collaborator for everything you want to transfer (gateway and apps).
