Hello,
I have 2 device in my account in TTS for some tests. After that, I tried to register them to a different account of a company in the TTS after removing from my account. I have tried everything.
I have reboot the gateway and the devices. We have tried to delete and register several times with differents devEUI and appKey. But still I can not receive anything in this new account.
Do you know what is the problem?
