I’m unable to access an end device.
On the application page I can see that the device send messages / is alive
As soon as I click the end device name a page with the following error appears and the link on that page brings me to this forum.
An unknown error occurred. Please try again later. If the error persists, please contact support.

Any advice on getting access to my end device is appreaciated. (The 2nd end device in same application works fine.)
any other details/error codes/messages? expand details?

Have you looked at the web browser console log?
Seems like it does not exist but on the end device tab/page I can see it updates / last activity change.
Tried to delete the application but not allowed since it had an end device…

Sorry, No… unable to delete and as long as it is there not able to add again.
Not able to delete end device and not able to delete application as it “has en end device…”
Have you tried using the CLI?
