Antenna location (outdoor or under the roof) for best coverage

Hello all,

I have two possibilities to attach the gateway antenna (6.5 dBi omni antenna):

  • outdoors in about 3.5m height on a wall of a house
  • under the roof (concrete bricks) in 8m height

Where would you expect the best performance?

Choose the least worst: indoor at 8 meters

No idea, depends on the location, environment around you and what the density of the bricks are etc.

Try both if you want to be sure.
