IoT, QS, telecom, hardware hacking, radio tweaking, and many other groups will find this of interest. In addition, my contacts in our city government have made "Smart City" a theme albeit leveraging GE technology. To the extent that we can find interesting use cases within this cluster of players we'll map out a plan for implementation.
