I am an electronics tinkerer and maker.
I live in the central North Island, I like kayaking, walking and mountain biking, I also get out sometimes for a ride on my motorbike.
Most parts of where I live are reasonably rural and am interested in making low-power sensors and actuators for monitoring remote locations.

I work for a Geothermal power company and am normally involved with the day-to-day running and maintenance of the generation plant and associated steamfield assets.
