Why use a private Gateway? Pro's versus Con's

My first question is … In having a Private Network / Private Gateway does this then allow connected devices to exceed the fair use policy of air-time of 30sec / day?

Can I avoid Fair Access Policy by implementing a private TTN network?

If I wanted to have my end device have more than 30 seconds uplink time on air, per day, and more than 10 downlink message per day, including the ACKs for confirmed uplinks, how can I achieve it? Can I avoid TTN limitations mentioned here by implemeting a private TTN network based on the back-end server source code provided by TTN? Can my end device upload the sensor data every 5 seconds to my private TTN backend server without being constrained by the Fair Access Policy if I build a private T…
