TTN Nouméa, New-Caledonia

Hi there,

We just started a TTN community in Nouméa, New-Caledonia (a French island lost somewhere in the Pacific between Australia and New-Zealand!).

We were happy to meet some initiators of other communities (Paris, Grenoble, Sydney) during our trip in Europe.
Really happy also that we were able to join TTN Conference this year, quite interesting!

We should have multiple gateways running soon in Nouméa (thanks to Indeo).
Also, we will organize a first meetup in the next weeks.

Since you guys are over in New Caledonia, I’m trying to figure out the LoRaWAN frequency. Are you at EU863-870 or AU915-928? Thanks!

Hi @sebastiansmeenk, I am no longer in New-Caledonia, EU868 is being used in New-Caledonia. If you need a contact there just drop me a private message :slight_smile:

Hi @mout551 , I did not succeed making the community move in New-Caledonia. The market is quite small, and the number of people interested even smaller, and I suspect that distance is making TTN behave strangely.
Shipping and customs times are making everything more complicated.
