TTIG "not connected"

You’ve linked to a message that goes back 6 months.

If you mean you can’t see the status of your TTIG on the v2 console, gateway status was disabled for all gateways many months back.

If it’s to do with something else, can you say what’s working & what’s not working.

Would anyone know how I find my EUL on my Gateway (Model: TTN-001-868-1.0) if the box has been discarded?

Label on the back of the device or put it into setup mode and look at bottom of web page (192.168.4.1) when you log into its wifi AP

Gateway setup page is definitely easiest. Follow instructions here under New Gateways to access the setup page. https://www.thethingsindustries.com/docs/gateways/models/thethingsindoorgateway/

Thanks for this.
When I factory reset it & then connect to the Wifi it gives its self an IP address of 192.168.84.1 - If I connect to that using my browser I see:

Gateway ID:
WiFi Access Points:
Show Advanced Options:

Account Server:
Gateway Key:

Unfortunately I do not see anything else at the bottom to do with EUL, infact its just a white screen with nothing on it.

Just noticed actually the guide you provided I dont think is for my device, my device has Blue lights and when you hold the button for 5 seconds they all start to light up which I believe factory resets it, I am then able to connect to the SSID it advertises but from there I see no EUL :frowning:

That is not the Things Indoor Gateway - Aka TTIG, it is The Things Gateway, aka TTGW or TT’Kickstarter’GW.

You dont need an EUI for this one in V3

Oh wow, spent all week trying to obtain the EUL but didn’t think to try not entering it!
Thank you very much all who replied and assisted with this.
