Not being cynical here but what a coincidence - lets tie the two articles together…report that hackers use extensions to steal data comes out just as Google decides how you can or cant use ad-blockers (most of which are/act as extensions)…basically except for likes of adblock plus where they can pay to circumvent anyhow it means its difficult/you cant…obviously Google doesn’t want you determining what you see and how you get advertised to or data scrapped as they are much better at doing that for you! If they cant serve what they want to you (for themselves or paying 3rd parties) you are no longer an effect product!..oh isn’t that a good thing?
