Arqiva were the UK’s original SNO (Sigfox Network Operator) before investment and promotion slowed and SFX had to engage WIND-UK to pick up the programme. 
Wonder if any of that will transition or if now closed down/transfered to Wind or whatever. Looks to be the Telecom side only with the big masts for terestial TV still held, Arqiva were also provng the telecoms backhaul connectivity for much of the Smart Meter programme in the north of the UK (~10m homes) IIR also. Biz was good but saddled with debt so likely sale is very good for remaining biz as debt now much more manageable/serviceable with Cellnex picking up a useful biz which they can likely servce better given their own size/scale and can then leverage offers to telecom companies on a cross national/european basis.
