SAMD21 MINI / Wemos D1 SAMD21 M0 Mini Development Board
So… This is a nice quality board, branded as either a Robotdyn or Wemos however Wemos has nothing to do with the board. Some smart marketing dude decided to copy the board (an excellent copy) and add the Wemos label to take advantage of the well known Wemos brand. The boards are identical.
The schematics found on the Robotdyn website are not correct. I found a few errors, such as the edge connectors belonging to a completely different board, wiring of the ICSP header being incorrect and the pin numbering is transposed for the ISCP header on the overlay. In addition, the SAM21D does not actually support the ICSP method - it appears to be left over from copying a AVR type board. You can use the signals going to the ICSP header, just not for ICSP. Robotdyn are very responsive, I pointed out the errors on the schematics and they sent me schematic updates within a couple of days however they have not updated their website yet with the corrected schematics.
I like the board and it is now my default go to board for prototyping.
