The Twist takes care of all the various interrupts, switches, PWM’ing of LEDs, and presents all those features over an easy-to-use I2C interface.
Although not the cheapest vs chinese sites, these antennas are “good” in their genre, and can be bought with Prime, so if you are in a hurry, is a good choice. The pigtails are a useful extra. I had a previous experience on Ebay with an almost identical antenna that likely was for 2.4GHz.

Contacted the supplier. They didn’t have the foggiest idea what I was talking about. Latest reply: “it is plastic”. If you have lots of passive stuf they may be nice. But not for the semiconductors.
