(I don’t want to build a powerwall, just looking for a few to experiment…)
there are a lot of fake 18650’s out there in the wild
I’ve been lucky sofar with some Chinese suppliers but that’s no guarantee.
a good original (Panasonic NCR - the best!) 18650 can deliver min 3300 mA.

(It’s not for the difference in price, but I tend to have much more problems with EBay delivery than with AliExpress, so when I have the choice…)

The black ones cost 21,05 now. All other colours go for 19,31. Might just be true the black ones are a bit conductive. I’ll order a tray of the blacks. We’ll see in a couple of weeks.

Just got a couple of these and .mp3 players with on board memory for an automated roller door application - audible warnings. I am thinking it would be hilariously funny if “unpredictable” audio occasionally and randomly just happened on the speaker…
