If it’s of any use to anyone, this ended up being noise coming from the southwest of the tower, from LTE/Celullar Base Stations. I pointed a Yagi antenna at them from the location and all noise was coming in from the southwest. Ended up placing a directional antenna to the north, since that was our only area of interest for coverage (luckily!).
