How can I reconnect a TTN indoor gateway?
Since September this year (21024) I have the problem that my TTN indoor gateway is shown as “disconnect” on the dashboard, but the LED status is solid green and the gateway shows as “connected” in my wireless router.ter.
I have been searching for a solution for almost a month now, including the following website, but nothing helps:
So far I have tried various restarts and also left the gateway without power for a few hours, nothing has helped.
In the meantime, it was always connected to the network and the power supply for many days. The LED is permanently green, which means that the gateway is in contact with the TTN server and my WLAN. I can also see it on my router and it says it is active.
But in the TTN console, the gateway is labeled “disconnect”. And it is not working, i.e. it is not forwarding data as it should and has done for two years (until this September).
Does anyone know a viable way to remove the “disconnect”?
