Likewise, my TTIG is up and running now, after a delete of the previous GW entry and a re-claim.

On my work, we had a gateway which I could not claim. Later I found out: the firewall was blocking the internet access of the TTIG.
Do you think this could be the case ? Fixed by doing it 1 time with a hotspot on my phone. Then decided to move the gateway somewhere else.
