The RX time stamp is it when the packet arrive where? At the server or gateway ( am not aware that the gateway will have a accurate timestamp).

At the gateway. Each gateway has a microsecond clock that is not synchronized to the wall clock time but just a reference time that is included in the uplink and used to calculate the downlink time.

How did you calculate this?

I did not calculate it, it is just a ‘random’ value. The actual value is not important, I just needed a value for my calculations.
