A smart postbox, smart farm, dementia warning system or integrated navigation system. All concepts developed during the IoT hackathon in Zwolle, where technicians and entrepreneurs were challenged to develop technical feasible and commercial viable use cases.
The winner developed a solution to detect overheated hay. Farmers and their neighbours are notified in time to avoid any fires breaking out.
