Covering a metropolis with a wireless network is no easy task. Putting the right equipment in the right locations are vital for making thing happen. Our current task is to look at the region and figure out where best to place critical access, and which equipment would provide the best coverage during our early days.
To start, many of us will likely just put access nodes up at our homes, giving some coverage around our most immediate areas. But eventually we may be able to strategically place them for best coverage.
At the moment we are doing the research and making the evaluations. Any help you can provide will be most welcome. We need to build this together!
