Got my gateway yesterday and working through installation and registration. Looking forward to getting more folks involved so that we can create Portland-specific environmental monitoring applications.
I am very interested in water quality type measurements, but have been educated that that will take significant effort as the sensors need to be actively managed.
I don't know if there are still gliders active in the Casco Bay, but having a water quality visualization over time of both ocean and fresh water bodies would be news worthy.
Love to hear what other interests the community has.
