29 October 2015Ottawa team backed The Things Network at Kickstarter. We are extremely excited that it hit 100% today and the production process will start soon.
Our mission is to provide the city of Ottawa with a free IOT data network!
The city of Ottawa has the highest level of employment in “creative” or knowledge-based occupations in Canada (e.g., science, engineering, computer science, arts, design and media, as well as professionals working in health care, law, education, business and finance). The city is extremely well positioned to benefit from a free, crowd-sourced, open Internet of Things Network. Let´s now bring the free IoT netwrok to Ottawa, remove barriers for new innovation opportunities and trigger the city of Ottawa professionals to contribute innovation ideas.
