You can create a new topic under the category: Campaigns with the name of your community. Write a first post in this topic to announce your existence and to find people who are interested in contributing.

- Write out "TheThingsNetwork" in your Twitter name (for example TheThingsNetworkAms)
- Use "TTN" for the Twitter Handle (for example: TTN_Amsterdam)
- You can use the logo shown in the community page as your profile picture

Connect gateways
Create coverage by connecting gateways.
The Things Network is currently developing their own gateways which will be in retail near the end of this year. You can pre-order these affordable gateways in the shop already.
You probably don't want to wait that long. Happily, The Things Network supports different kinds of gateways like the Multitech, Kerlink and Lorank. You can even build your own gateway.
In case you already have a gateway, you can add it to the map.
COMMUNICATION CHANNEL
Create a channel to communicate internally.
In order to communicate internally, we highly recommend you to create a Slack group. It is a free messaging app that helps organizing your team conversation and allows you to directly reach out to members.
You can also use other ways of communication, as long as you make sure people have easy access to join the conversation.

Our mission is to provide the area Oisterwijk (Waalwijk-Tilburg ) with Internet of Things data connectivity by crowdsourcing the network by its citizens and local companies.
This is a group for people who wants to build the LoRa (Long Range Wireless ) Network in Regio around Oisterwijk. The idea is to gather every month 1 to 2 times for planning, exchange information to make this LoRa network covering this Region and Making of gaterways/nodes/sensorboards. Beside the brains and ideas we need also hands for configuring and to install the LoRa gateways. Beside the technical and logistic (locations) realisation, there is also a need for the nessessary gateways. And of course the interesting information and knowledge exchange of diverse(new) applications with available or new sensortechnologies. We do this from the New Location Permanent Future Lab in the Leerfabriek Almystraat 14 Oisterwijk in front of the Railways station. 2018!!

First meeting will be probably on Thursday 25 of January depending on the available speakers for the program. General introduction of IOT and a nice example of some applications.
