Like to join TTN MG!

Hi,

I´m Andreas from Mönchengladbach Bettrath. I´m 42 years old, married with 3 children. I would really like to join the Gladbach LoRaWan community. Personal I´m busy with IT since more than 30years, studied Technical Informatics at the HTW in Berlin and still enjoying every single piece of IT and all the evolution around it. Business wise I´m working for a Parking Company (Q-Park) since more than 16 years and am responsible for the Parking Equipment in more than 100 carparks all over Germany. So, I think there are a lot of touching points from private and business perspective to have really a deep look into this technique and all the possibilities around it.

Mein Name ist Thomas Dornik (TTN-Name bitblocker) und ich wurde von Reiner Gutowski auf diese Community aufmerksam gemacht. Ich betreibe privat ein Gateway (Dragino) in Rheindahlen. Beruflich bin ich für die IT-Planung und Steuerung bei der mags und GEM verantwortlich. Auch bei der mags AöR Mönchengladbach betriebe ich seit kurzem ein LoraWAN-Gateway (Am Nordpark 400), allerdings momentan noch zu testzwecken. Zusammen mit der Stadtverwaltung beginnen wir gerade mit dem Aufbau eines Testnetzes und der UseCase-Ermittlung. Ich würde mich freuen, wenn ich mit der Community den Aufbau und die Nutzungsmöglichkeiten in Gladbach unterstützen könnte.
