It is interesting to note the varied industries and backgrounds everyone came from... From the left, clockwise: Richard (BPO industry), myself (BPO/IoT), Renan (educator - DLSU), Rommel (security/agri applications), and Ronald (IIoT applications). I think I am the only one who doesn't have an engineering background in the group :P
Discussions revolved around personal backgrounds, interest in LoRa, where each other are in terms of development, as well as regulatory requirements for using LoRa/LoRaWAN as an enabler for IoT. On the table are various development kits and boards as well as other toys. It lasted till past 1pm, way over the time we allotted for the meetup.
Join us on slack so we can plan our next meetup! Maybe Lawrence and Ferdinand (just joined got an email from him this morning) can join next time j There were others who are not yet in the Philippines but are also keen in attending.
