Southern Grampians Shire Council will be hosting the inaugural Digital Innovation and Smart Agriculture (DISA) Festival the week commence May 20, 2019. There will be a number of events for community, businesses, farmers and other councils to attend.
The core of the week will be the smart farm tours on Tuesday 21 May and the DISA conference on Wednesday 22 May. 4 farms in the region will be setup with smart sensor technology showcases the potential efficiencies of sensor technology. The conference on Wednesday 22 May will have 2 stream:
1) Smart Agriculture
2) Smart Communities/Councils
Paul McManus will be presenting in both streams on LoRaWAN and TTN and the opportunities to both farmers and councils.
