The Mobile GR and Parking Services department is deploying LoRaWAN gateways in the City of Grand Rapids! We are currently working on getting licensing and services to install gateways on 4 water towers and one radio tower at elevated points throught the downtown area. The goal of this project is to offer a citywide network for IoT devices both for public and private use.
