November, 2019. A great month for Florianopolis' The Things Network Community.
A hackathon was done to introduce TTN communities and LoRaWAN technologies to the city. More than 60 people, between participants and organisers, were involved.
Solutions in eletrical networks and agriculture areas were developed and presented by the teams who participated until the end of the event.
After the hackathon, Florianópolis was launched as an official community. Now we are the third community in Brazil to receive the verification, and also the second biggest one, with more than 60 members.
2019, in general, was a great year.
