19 August 2019Otago Polytechnic has around 5 new gateways that need homes! If you know anybody with access to a high altitude building rooftop please let us know!
Let's build an open, free and community-owned IoT data network for Dunedin.
Dunedin is a city of about 125,000 people in southern New Zealand. Our team is primarily students and staff from the Polytechnic working together with a small local ISP. We will have several student teams working on 1. Sample IoT devices; 2. Installing and operating one or more gateways; 3. Developing and deploying routers and servers; 4. Developing one or more applications.
