I would like to introduce myself. My name is Sam Pattemore, I am the founder and managing director of Corrosion Instruments (CI), a tech startup based in Darwin. CI make a range of instrumentation and IoT equipment, focused mostly around the monitoring of Cathodic Protection (CP) monitoring.
we have a couple of LoRaWAN gateways in Darwin and have plans to install a several more over the next 12 months, we believe we will establish fairly consistant coverage over Palmerston, Darwin and The Northern Suburbs.
I write the blog post for 2 reasons,
1. I am trying to become a more active member of TTN and
2. We are looking to hire someone in who is both knowledgable and interrested in IoT and specifically LoRaWAN and TTN.
you dont need to be an engineer (though that would be great) all you really need is
1. A keen interrest in IoT, LoRaWAN, TTN etc
2. good writing skills and
3. live in Darwin/palmerston or the surrounding areas.
The pay is great and the team are awesome, you will learn a lot about the subject matter, get a chance to do some exciting experimentation and have a lot of fun
