In mijn zoektocht naar nuttige informatie ben ik bij deze community terecht gekomen.

I am Jos Richters and I am developing an application for water quality management called "Poseidon".
Poseidon is a suite that consists of hardware and software, all designed and build by myself.
Because Poseidon leans heavily on sensors for measuring several water parameters like pH, conductivity, temperature and so on, I need a secure way to let these sensors communicate over long distances.
This is manly because one of my sensor types is my so called "Poseidon buoy". this buoy can be deployed in open waters to collect the water quality parameters and send these to my Poseidon application.
Thus I am looking for a community that can help me to develop this idea to a high level of usability.

Enorm gedreven door techniek, ik studeer dan ook elektrotechniek aan de Saxion Hogeschool in Enschede. De interesse in techniek wordt gecreëerd door vernieuwingen die zich in een hoog tempo achter elkaar opvolgen, hetgeen telkens weer zorgt voor een nieuwe uitdaging zowel op het gebied van software als hardware. Ik werk graag oplossingsgericht en duurzaam. Voordat men iets weggooit, bijvoorbeeld wanneer iets niet meer werkt zoals voorheen, er toch nieuw leven in kunnen blazen geeft veel voldoening!
