On August 24th we had a great launch event for The Things Network Aarhus.
Around 25 people showed up - some from companies or municipalities and some just as interested civilians.
We had prepared a few presentations - overview of TTN and LoRaWAN + some use cases and suggestions for hardware to play with.
We also had prepared a hack-session, unfortunately the transmitters we had ordered didn't arrive in time so instead we played with some different prototyping boards and actually managed to get a message through the system (well... across the room to the gateway we had brought along ;-)
Finally we talked a bit on how to get engaged in TTN Aarhus, future events etc.
