Mouser delivered today! Our first gateways arrived via FedEx and of course I couldn't wait to unbox the things and get them set up. Originally we had planned to use the official TTN gateway, but those are completely sold out everywhere we looked. Laird Sentrius RG191 gateways have been installed instead. We're working on securing one more location for a third gateway, and then we should have enough coverage to start a meaningful pilot. Hooray for progress!!
